Submissions are free of charge. Upon submitting your website for a review, you must agree to the  following terms and conditions:

If your site wins an award the following applies if we choose to grant your website any of our Awards. Any infractions of the rules after receiving your  awarded will result in the award being revoked and the removal of all rights and privileges as an Award of Excellence winner:

Award Images & Links:

1. You agree that you will post and maintain the award graphic on your website that links it back to http://www.kypreos.com/Cybertech, within 10 days of receiving your official winner's notification.
    
2. You agree that you will not modify or tamper with the award graphic in any way without our explicit permission. (resizing, scaling or optimizing).
    
3. You agree that you may not post this award on any other website or location other than the one specified in your application form.

Maintain site quality:

4. You agree to keep your website maintained to the standards under which you have submitted your site.
    
5. You agree that while you display our award on your site you will not create a link to any undesired content as described in our criteria.
    
6. You agree to notify this website of any changes to location (URL).
